I have noticed a similar thing on mine (9 months old) also happened in a few places on the bottom beading ,was trying to ignore it ! I also have a few stone chips so must get some touch up paint .

I have paint drips from 2 rivets that are being attended to while it is in for the 1000 mile service. Not bubbles exactly but small paint issues seem to be getting by quality control.

That's the one. Must be a hang over from my hot wheels days as I remembered it from somewhere. Looks interesting not sure how you escape after a front end shunt though.

I've noticed the paint lifting a bit just under the rivet at the back / bottom of the bodyshell. This is water getting under the paint and causing a surface reaction with the aluminium I think. Had similar on my Aero 8... Same paint (Stingray Grey M

Engine is a Blackburne. Quite a nice engine I think but not that many Morgans had them.
