Yes, my Kenlowe is wired the same. Not unusual for the fan to start up after engine is stopped. Mine is wired via the main power (red key) switch though. Actually, something I've been meaning to do for a while is change where the fan power is tak

Neil my 97 +4 fan runs if hot after the ignition is switched off. It doesn't run for long & doesn't seem to hurt the battery. The car is on a battery conditioner when not in use
