Judging by the quality of long term predictions I would not worry too much about this unless one wanted to manufacture and market hard tops for Morgans

Check the earth connections to the bulb holder. My indicators were sometimes not working and I did the "wiggle test" and found the earth to be poor. If necessary take the holder out to re-make a good connection - mine had a rivetted connect

Try breaking the bleed screw and then fit the tube,you can turn the bleed screw much easier.that way.

I wouldn't imagine at 80 degrees the catch tank would get any coolant if the system is correctly filled.

If you can undo the "good" one and get it back in ok then I think that the plastic itself is threaded. If lose the thread may have been stripped already and the vibrations won't have helped much either.

My Series One (Land Rover) is called Reg , christened by my son when he was little. The Anniversary 4/4 is called Blackbird (its black!) and the 69 4/4 is called Edgar (registration POE). Nurse where are my pills!

I can see your point looks like you may have to live with it or sort it out yourself if you cant then a classic car garage that may be able to loosen the correct nuts bolts etc and give the body a nip and tuck here and there .

Remember mine is an 1986 4/4 no electric gismo stuff . All these are new Battery + earth lead , s/motor + earth lead , plugs + silicone leads ( 8.5mm ) silicone , rotor arm , dist/cap and new distributor . This did very little I gave the car to B

Krazy Horse replaced my regulator with one from a car in the show room, it now shows 14+ v all the time while driving. They have made a note of Harley part number incase its needed.
