Good to see your branching into a new area.

Sue very impressed by these.

Is no 3. The Godfather of Soul?

Like the Audrey Hepburn ones. What about a Bogart?

These are straight copies (?tracings) of well-known photographs. The Jim Morrison drawing is identical even down to the curl of hair over the right eye. I don't mean to be unkind, but where is the creativity? Or have I misunderstood something...?

I don't think you are being unkind, wonderful thing Photoshop, took me 3 minutes to reproduce Jagger from a Google image, this is more reproduction than original art, same goes for posterised colour images. Its fine if you like the style but it should be clear these are digitised images from photos rather than hand created originals.

Cut and paste innocent

The last time I checked art was about creating something new and different.

Bit unkind chaps. Neil did clear it with the moderators / forum owners initially when he was doing quite a few Morgan (and other make) commissioned paintings.
With any luck it will help buy a Morgan one day! smile
