I don't think it's reasonable to post ONLY self advertising.
Just about OK when it's pics of Morgans (which these no longer are) but what if we all just used the forum to advertise our professions? Might as well be on Linkedin........
Does this advertiser have any interest in owning a Morgan or the car?
Perhaps we could have a "self promotion" section?
Nick

As far as I know, copyright of an image lasts for 70 years beyond the death of the creator, so I guess copyright remains extant for all the originals. Copyright law relating to an amended version of an original image is by no means clear, but it is not a chance I would like to take.

Right, can we get back to Morgans now, please...?

Just pondering the reactions on this thread and I think maybe it is the fact that there are no adverts on TM other than the Morgan related one's. That is one of the factors that make this site a special place and to see run of the mill prints advertised has provoked a reaction IMHO.

Gawd!

Sensible!!

(Note to self -Must try harder not to be too sensible)

Actually I agree with you, I should had prefixed it with Not (very cool) as they are just copies of other well known images and I never like populist copies of photos in art shops particularly of music celebs

Much preferred your Morgan and car work drawings and would be more appropriate for the forum Neil

Is that being sensible?
