Description
Ain’t posted pics for a while, so here are a few from the past week.

Visited Balmoral on Sunday, but her majesty was out. The Range Rover on display is chassis number one, actually looks small these days.

Despite the fact, I traveled over the cairn o’mount to the Vintage rally at Glamis Castle and returned by the Glenshee to Braemar road, there are no pictures of the glorious scenery, nor the cars at the rally, sorry, it was too hot to be bothered.

I’ve included two from home earlier in the week instead.

Spotted your car parked beside the wall at Glamis on Sunday. Jockmog paid Balmoral a visit a couple of years ago unfortunately I don't have the expertise to attach a picture

Yep, that was me, they tried to direct me round the back of castle, but I didn’t fancy that, so I drove in through the out door and parked there. laugh2
Given the vast array of vehicles on display, I was surprised that I only saw one other Morgan. it’s got to be the best show in Scotland, especially when the sun shines.

No doubt the Duke Of Edinburgh would have loved to have dashed down to the Thursday Club in the Morgan.

The grounds and the castle itself are beautiful, but not as grand as you might expect.

I didn’t see the duke either, there are plenty pictures of him though. It’s amusing to visit the gift shop there and imagine what the queen must think of some of the souvenirs.

Apart from the Green Morgan on display at Glamis there was a few on the trade stand from Brechin between the main show area and main trade/club area, some nice cars on display though.

I had to wash my mouth out with soap and water when, in the distance, I spotted what looked like a squadron of Morgans and declared so to my wife......only to find as I got nearer, they were all kit cars!

Nothing against kit cars, just that I really should have known better oops
