Little house on the prairie.

Yet another derelict house, an abominable snow cat, and a son in the sun.

Nice set of photos Ewan.
Your landscape appears to have turned a trifle pale! smile

In estate agents parlance eminently suitable for restoration wink

It was a lovely walk, the snow was deep, crisp and dry.

There’s a half acre white horse formed of white quartz stones on one side of this hill and a stag further round. No pictures of them on this visit, they were nowhere to be seen. laugh2

The ruin is actually a listed building:

Do you know what's been carved onto the stone between the two top windows, if anything?

You can only just make it out, at first I thought it was inscribed, “ for sale/ ZOOPLA” laugh2, but no, it is this.

Thanks everyone for the compliments, I enjoy looking back on my days out and it’s a pleasure to share.

Thanks Ewn. I looked at the pictures there but couldn't make anything out.
