Black or Silver?

Which do you prefer for a Roadster - classic Sport Black with Mulberry trim and alloys or the more pared back, sporty silver with black alloys. I'm leaning towards the silver - my last car was black and it looked great but was a nightmare to keep clean. I think the pared back silver with black alloys, no wing treads or wing mounted side lights still looks traditional but with a slightly modern twist - more of a handsome brute rather than pretty ! However, I would personally opt for the traditional stud hood over the Easy Up.

I could obsess about a black Mog

It would have to have everything black

It would be like Hotblack Desiato’s black ship in HitchhikersGuide

“ It’s the wild colour scheme that freaks me,” said Zaphod whose love affair with this ship had lasted almost three minutes into the flight, “Every time you try to operate one of these weird black controls that are labelled in black on a black background, a little black light lights up black to let you know you’ve done it. What is this? Some kind of galactic hyperhearse?”

"It's so ... black!" said Ford Prefect, "you can hardly make out its shape ... light just seems to fall into it!"
Zaphod said nothing. He had simply fallen in love.
The blackness of it was so extreme that it was almost impossible to tell how close you were standing to it.
"Your eyes just slide off it ..." said Ford in wonder.

To answer the question first - it would be silver from my perspective with black for the wheels and cowl and roof and all the rest...

Personally I am obsessed with the blue one - that is a fantastic colour with all the rest ist black.

OK - mine is completely classic in sports green with green wire wheels and beige for the roof and interior - nice as well.
