TM at Haynes

Thanks to Rich for organising a great visit with the bonus of the tour of the workshops.

I aimed to arrive the night before in the Mog and have dinner with Graham but after fuelling near Reading the car wouldn't start. I suspect the immobiliser. It now at Krazy Horse for repair!! sos rtm

I got Morgan Rescue to trailer the car to my house arrive just after 21:00, then the next day at 5 am got up to drive back down from Felixstowe. The M25 is real fun around 7 am anti clockwise. drive

After a quick bacon buttie for me to recover strength we toured the museum including the special Morgan exhibition. But the highlight was the tour of the workshops. 90% of what they do for eye watering prices is for external clients on some fabulous vehicles.

Then we had a nice dinner with a few beers for part of the team (Graham, David, Malcom, Rich & myself) at the hotel Rich had found. wine

Thanks again Rich.

That don't not make no sense.......

Thanks for the beer Rich.

The stereo we thought was just the removal head with the rest hidden somewhere. It is owned by a Morganeer not by Haynes so they might comment.

Lovely pictures - looks like you had a great day.

The museum cars look much better loved than when I was there in 2004 or 5 for a Corporate event - good to see.
