Nice beach to ride a horse on too.... Took my neice there last year as she was visiting from Wales and claimed never to have seen a seal (can't think how.. I lived in the same place and there would aways be one bobbing along following you out of curiosity every time you walked onto the beach... However!).... She was amazed how many there were and how close they would swim up to you...... Unbelievably mild here this week for January.

After talking with you, I was itching for a spin in the 4/4, it’s a while since I last took it out, it’s a lovely thing.

Whinnyfold, ( locally known as “Finnyfal”) a cliff top fishing village another few miles up the coast from the Ythan. A footpath wynds down to the pebble beach where the boats would be kept.

That's somewhere I've not been.... It's a bit of coast I never think to go along.... That's a very pretty car... I like the knock-on steel wheels... Give it a classic look... I'll keep an eye out for it when I'm travelling about.... Spent today fabricating and welding the stainless repair panels for the bottom of the bulkhead.... Just have to keep moving forward with it.... Chassis plating Tuesday!! :-)

A nice set of images of interesting wildlife and topography and especially the one with your Morgan in the scene... Thanks for posting ewn.

I have tried to grab a few pics of old and abandoned boats they encourage me to think of their story, a bit like old cars..
