It’s Kevin Kivlochan’s Plus 4 Supersports “Choc Ices”. It’s just changed ownership and been resprayed blue from British racing green. No idea why it’s called this colour but it’s Avion blue not Avain blue.
Details here:

It’s ICI Paint colour P339-0189

A striking colour agreed , BUT "Choc Ices" is an historically important +4 , raced in period with Lawrence/Shephard Baron/Pip Arnold etc, and I think that some effort should be made to keep the close to the original, which I believe was cream body with brown wings (hence the name of course)

Don't take everything here as gospel, I can see some inaccuracies (albeit small!)

The history of all these race cars of the period is forever going to be shrouded in the mists of time. Richard SB is of course someone who was there at the time , but mainly as a driver(?) The work on the cars went on at Lawrence's garage and all manner of changes of engines , chassis , bodies etc went on to get cars to the circuit.

I have just spoken with the one and only Richard Shepherd Baron as you say he was there back in the day and has a fascinating story to tell...including why the car was called choc ices...he gave me a clue and said it was rude...so the brown and cream may be another story....
here she is racing at Silverstone Classic on track last weekend...

That was always my understanding having seen the car in that livery
