Please can you detail how this has been done --I believe this is the solution I have been looking for -- what parts were used and how was the strap attached to the side-screen?? Where were the push studs sourced from??

Bit of a b****r if you forget to undo the strap before opening the door!

And frankly if I was paying out the best part of £85K on a car I'd want a better solution.

You can see the back of my car on the top .The windscreen
has been replaced .The initial windscreen was not correctly
mounted and cracked under the stress.

the fixation in the sidescreen was with very tiny screws,
not something DIY

let us first way how effective it is
