Description
I had volunteered to navigate for Graham in this event so I arrived at Prescott bright & early for a great day out.

We even managed to fix the Porsche replica when it died, the earth cable was off the battery.

It was a shame so few Mogs were there but late on Zog the Mog appeared and Tim entertained us with his plus 8 exhaust.

I would recommend anyone to have a go.

You got home pretty quickly John!

Definitely a Grand Day Out! Very enjoyable and the weather remained dry and mostly sunny.

Thanks for lunch and the navigation.

Cheers,

Nice one! Is that RITA in the background in the first photo? I would love to have joined you but couldn't get a navigator. So...spent some time cleaning the Mog in readiness for tomorrows continuing event at Prescott. I can't believe I'm the only Morgan going up the hill in a turnout of 200 cars!

Yup.

You could have done the same as an MG TF later in the trip - just a driver, he followed us for a bit.
There was certainly one, if not two errors in the road book...

Cheers,

Graham,
yes at least one error & a missing ice cream factory sign. We did miss I realised on getting home that the Fox in Little Barrington was the recommended ale & food stop.

John

A great day today John! Did three runs up the hill then decided that I was getting faster and a little ragged so stopped! Some great cars there, I was surprised at the diversity. Great to see Graham up in his lonely spot at the top of the course!

Shame Stirling had an off in the BMW late in the afternoon.
