A visit to my friends airfield yesterday where he keeps his 1960 Jodel. The two look sort of good together!

They do, very pretty, and as I'm sure you know, the Jodel is made of wood too!
Are the helmet and goggles yours or his?
A friend of mine has the modern version (a Robin) - great aeroplanes, still made of wood in the same way, and leather seats.

Indeed you do Graham! There is another Wings and Wheels day there on 14th July.

Kevin....mine, as starring in my Three Wheeler video! The Jodel is about as narrow as the M3W inside!

Whilst I was there taking photos, a crowd of retired BA pilots flew in to the field in a wonderful variety of planes including a lovely Tiger Moth. They were meeting for lunch in the local pub (very good place!) and then clearing the local farm shop out of asparagus! Its funny....they made a beeline for the Morgan, I made a beeline for their planes!

Have to check the calendar for July.
Bet my cousin Nick wasn't among the BA lot...?

Cheers,

Super images, love the contrasty blacks and whites, your steering wheel and goggles shot is my favourite.

Wonderful images ! They do go so well together especially when enhanced by your photographic skills.

Thanks for showing them to us,

Regards,

John
