Hi Frank,
How did you get the grime off the wire wheels following your trip?

Hi Frank,How did you get the grime off the wire wheels following your trip? My Son bought me the Morgan Wire Wheel Cleaning Kit for Christmas . It's a 'Wheels Off' job and a bit messy but mine were caked 5mm thick with dry crusty muck between the spokes so the solvent part disolved that stuff nicley. I was not so impressed by the 'Rinse' product as it did not give the wheels the usual sparkle. That's may be because I was starting from a very low base. I have since used my car polish to clean the rims again to help remove the fine scratches caused by the many abrasive Mud Washes they got along the way.

An incredible mirror paint finish. I have to say that the paint on my new car comes nowhere near that level of finish. Looking at mine closely you see a very slight orange peel effect all over. It is true, however, that the gloss shows up better on darker colours.
