Graham,
From what BGH told me they have the bellhousing in development and will be around 2 to 3 months before they start production. The bellhousing will be available for different sized clutch slave cylinders. I am going to contact them again around Novemeber to see if the bellhousing is available. As mentioned they were extreemly helpful and could provide almost everything for the conversion and what they cant provide they can provide part numbers from the likes of QH for the propshaft yoke etc.

Here are articles I have seen
http://www.gomog.com/allmorgan/gearindex.htm

http://www.morganownersclub.com.au/gearbox_conversion.htm

Or you could go for a full Zetec conversion

http://www.shropmog.co.uk/index.htm

Sorry i don't know anyone who has done this.

Thanks John, I have seen those articles, all very interesting. Still doing research. I dont want to go down the Zetec route although I can see some advantages but I do like the Crossflow engine, its a reliable unit hence they are still raced plus I can service and mend it quite easily if needed.

Ttv racing do a selection of suitable flywheels, super clutch do clutches to suit 7.25 or regular.

Retro ford do hydraulic kits for the clutch release with set spacers, or Burtons do various thicknesses to suit.

Then again, Super Clutch probably could do a complete kit easily if you didn't want to faff....
