Well the Gods looked down upon me today

By good fortune and opportunity I stumbled upon the fact that Simon was meeting Chris Harris and the Aeromax today. The fact that I owed him some dosh and was looking to repay meant that he had to disclose this fact to me and thus allowed me to gate crash and have a ride in the Aeromax!

I can only say that thank God they are sold out, or the nearest bank to Farmham would have been well and truly robbed tonight.

It still looks stunning (proper use of the word) the fit and finish was exquisite, the autobox an asset to driving and smooth as a hot knife through butter, and the roar of those side exits delicious! 0-100mph in less than 10 seconds in Chris Harris' own words, and opinion I guess, (what a nice guy by the way )

The moral of the story is pay your debts and 'He' will look after you. You know Lord, if I won the lottery and paid off the mortgage would you please please get someone to drop out of the list (oh, please also let him have ordered a black one with side-pipes)

As Boshly said, due to the inclement weather the Drivers Republic team ran short on time so had to shoot the video of the Aeromax today, rather than on Wednesday as planned; therefore, we only managed to have a spur of the moment, fleeting visit, before they ran the car back to the factory. In the rush I didn't have my camera but I got a few snaps on my phone, which I'll post up in a bit.

At least this gave Chris a chance to get some feedback on Morgan ownership and us a chance to see the public’s reaction to the wonderful sight that is the Aeromax.

I understand that Colin (crt) also bumped into the guys when they were filming the video! Colin, are you around?
