I would guess about 10 to 12 weeks.

I could be wrong but my understanding is that the target for production time is 5-weeks; however, I know there was a point when production was running slower (around the time that the AeroMax took over the priority from the Aero 8).

WOW, Asking over £200,000 for that beige one. Beige must be expensive paint!

It would also appear that whitehall beige is really 'light grey' at least from this screen...

The going rate for a max at the moment seems to be a small premium over list. That one is going to sit for a while methinks...

Thank you, John !

I´d to wait 4 years since presentation Geneva 2005 and my first e-mail to Charles Morgan. Some weeks later he called me with some questions. Obviously to select the reactions. That was clienting at it´s best !!! thumbs

I remember. Charles last question " What do you want to pay ?"

You have to know: Don´t ask a person from Stuttgart about prices ! You can not win !!! laugh2

But now I have to say: " Respect!" He rectified the currency exchange rate. Really smart ! notworthy

That´s a real win-win deal ! cheers

..... and now I wait to drive and camera

It does look really nice imho, but as mr_tony has commented I think that they will wait a long time before it sells at Euro229,000.00! Though it would be nice if it did, as this would certainly firm-up used AeroMax prices. thumbs

Looking forward to seeing the photo of yours when it's delivered Oliver, and also some photos of it with the Aero 8 too. camera

Hello Brian,

in this time I´m not sure about the "optical concept". I´ll check new 20´ or 21´ wheels . The hole distance is wrong , but we can solve that problem with Lorinser. The design of the wheels is perfect for the theme AERO. Than I´ve to check with the german TÜV .... step by step.snail
I´m very happy about ideas ? grouphug

Hi Oliver,

They do look very nice and in 21" form would fit the wheel arches beautifully. thumbs

However, I also like the LM 6 wheel, if you remember the original concept AeroMax did in fact have two-piece wheels.

Whatever you decide I do look forward to seeing your 'completed' car flag

Cheers
Brian

Oliver, those wheels remind me of the ones fitted to the SLR, which is not a bad thing as I quite like the turbine look... I'm just not sure how that style would look on an AeroMax. cozychair

Great looking wheels smile

Will 20 or 21 really fit on an aero? I thought 19 was the max?

I don't know the exact difference (where are you Cerealsurfer?), but the hubs on an Aero 8 are different to an AeroMax. That's why it's not possible to fit AeroMax wheels to an Aero unless they are fitted as OE. read

In any case, I'm surprised that you are thinking of fitting after-market wheels to a Series II Rich, you'll have Bosher's and the other members of the 'Valuable Series II Thought Police' on your case, if you're not careful! cop

Atta boy Asbo, you tell them.

They may mock but you have shown the proof! I believe they are also honoring (did you see what i did there smile ) the series 2 over in the USA by not selling to any old Tom Dick or Hank and putting potential purchasers through an extreme selection procedure which is why they have not as yet found a suitable buyer.

Though the bargain that it is, they must be having to turn people away by the bucket load.

I'm really glad people are 'getting' the series 2 now thumbs
