After talking to Simon in the car yesterday, he has encouraged me to go-ahead with what I have been thinking about for the Aero SuperSport in the way of a colour specification. I had thought about Giallo Granturismo, as it is a deeper colour than the usual Giallo Fly. Giallo Granturismo With the rollover-bar and targa panels finished in black, it would give somewhat the appearance of the 2002 Aero - Le Mans car, which I have always liked. De Walt Series I - Le Mans Car Maserati recommend Rosso Corallo for the interior leather, but that is I think far too radical for me. I don't want black, as the AeroMax has a distressed black interior, no dark blue as one of our others cars has this, so what does anyone recommend, that is for the exterior and a contrasting interior? Hi Kin, Good to see you around TM, how's things? Are you contemplating buying another toy to complement your RR, there's some amazing bargains out there now as you know! Unfortunately, the roll bar is not aluminium but a paint finish or some sort, and they also offer it in black in the same finish. If it was polished aluminium then I agree with you, I would not consider changing it...

Agreed that the car will look fantastic in any colour, though just that smidgen bit better in the Giallo Granturismo, or Giallo Fly for that matter.
Cheers

Brian, we may end up with almost matching! You may have seen my earlier post about the colour scheme being a reverse of my Aero, so Matt black wheels with Gialla Ginestra body and black suede interior. Ian, oops! I didn't see that post, though I did see one saying you knew what your spec would be. Anyway, I think that the colours are different enough not to matter and in any case, I may change my mind and have something completely different. Head Office quite liked the Giallo Granturismo when she was ordering her Maserati, but I felt that a big car like that in it would be too much so she went for metallic black instead. Still looking at colours, so nothing set in stone as yet... P.S. Have you ordered your car and got a number yet?

Thanks Philippo, I wouldn't expect anything less from you (or Ivo). I accept that yellow cars are faster... Some good suggestions from you guys, I am looking at some bottle green leathers, but as Andy infers a bit of a risky combination. I may play safe on the interior. dmat's suggestion sounds nice, but I prefer the Giallo Granturismo yellow if it's a non-Porsche, if you know what I mean.
