My 2015 build car clutch reminds me of an old Fordson Major tractor I used to drive in school holidays!
My left leg muscles are getting a good workout.
I don't mind at all and if it means the clutch will last longer then its a good thing.

Am not really surprised by this upgrade.
The clutch is taking soooo much stress from the mighty S&S.
My 2012 car on one or two, occasions had a burning clutch smell.
And I was always very careful not to ride the clutch pedal.

Are we talking 3 or 4 wheelers here? 'May be an idea to put it in the subject line?

Mine was replaced when them changed chassis at the factory last month. For me it seems to be good. So do i A little clutch smell Time to Time when i ve the heavy foot. But think it was damaged when the chassis broken. It’s only very good luck. With your frame breakage, you have clearly escaped to a bad accident, injuries and even a fatal issue. You are among the happy few that have had a return to the factory for a brand new frame. You have received at the same time all the latest upgrades you ask for. Alas, most of you as me haven't benefit from that extra care. They have had to pay for all the improvements after a long wait for part supply. Most of us have even never received the letter promised by Mark Evans nor have they received any notice from their dealer. They will have to accept at last the bolt on strengthening which doesn’t cure in any way the fatigue already suffered by the frame tubes. Thanks to the solidarity and information on this forum, I’m clearly informed. Mine from the start was a real mess. Return to the factory the day of its first delivery, for repair. I have to wait a month to have it back. After a few miles the compensator failed, new return to the factory. It has been of the road for almost half the time. And for what remains, it has mainly been used to travel to the garage for repairs. I’m by now again in trouble. A short circuit due to a badly isolated wire has damaged the management of the engine. Repair expected in September. I say expected because I fear that I'll have to struggle again with the factory for parts supply. I'll tell you the result.

MTWV2 I'm sorry to hear of your bad experience. I've had good & bad service from Morgan. It took them over 2 weeks to authorise replacement headlamp & repaint front wings. I called customer service & Ross told me to tell my dealer to resubmit the details in DSC format. It was quickly authorised then. I still dont know if they expect me to pay 1/2 rear sprocket parts cost.
One of the mechanics told me that US customers needing a new chassis have to get a certificate of destruction for their M3W & Morgan will send them a brand new car as its to costly to return them to the factory. Surely it cannot cost over £30000 to ship a car both ways across the Atlantic. Anyone heard this?
Tim.
