I saw a beauty Aero 8 passing through Beaconsfield Bucks New Town today on its way to the Old Town - 24th May about noontime.

Not sure of the colour name - metalic very very pale champagneish green (sorry it the description offends)

Could its owner be a Talk Morgan member? shades love

Few months slow in answering this...but It was me, apologies for not picking up sooner been away from the site. I live in Beaconsfield so am often driving through the town to get onto major routes.
The colour is a light metallic sage green used on vauxhalls....not as glamourous as Champagneish green!

Hi Colin,

Good to see you on here again, and I’m glad you still have the Aero!

How’s the Pantera? Are you at the Le Mans Classic this year?

Matt (forma owner of your twin!) cheers

Hi Matt, you still with the Aero?...thought you had sold it and moved on...did you buy another?

I still enjoy mine massively and use it a fair amount, it's at Allon White presently having some bits done in readiness for the spring.
Yeap I still have the Pantera... and finally got paid out in December for the failed gearbox rebuild following the last Classic LeMans trip...I had to lodge a court claim against the rebuilders but eventually got full settlement 2 hours before the hearing!...still all is well, and with a few more track days done since the old beasty still remains special to me after 20 years of ownership and remains to go like clockwork.
Yes, I shall be going to LMC in July, camping in Maison Blanche, will either be in the Aero or in mates 360 Ferrari. A few of us going together. Mate with Ultima and a handful of TVRS for good measure...are you going?..

Regards
Colin

Hi Colin,

I also live in Beaconsfield but have not seen yours about since then - Ah, the rarity of the Morgan.

You may have seen our Yellow 4/4 last year? now morphed into the Roadster. coffee

Hi Colin,

Yep I sold the S1, & bought an S3, Very different cars, but at the same time very similar…if that makes sense!confused2

Hah, so glad you have the Pantera sorted, as you know its at the top of my list of “will own one day” cars. Dam, I’ve missed it being used in anger, Goodwood track? I managed a couple more there towards the end of last year in the S1, I’m far from mastering the circuit, just got a better understanding of it now, although I don’t think I’ll ever be confident in Woodcote!! drive
Yep I’ll be at the LMC, also staying in Maison Blanche, so I’ll keep an eye out!

Glad your still enjoying the S1.

Matt cheers
