That struck me too, they were explaining on TV how the launch technology was unchanged since they put the Sputnick up! My son, who is doing an Aerospace Engineering degree at Bristol, came home from University at the weekend and watched it with us. I was able to show both my granddaughters that Santa was on his way and that they had to go to bed straightaway ... Which they did! Good luck Tim, come back safely and tell us your stories.
