It's definitely italian or at least Vignale designed, probably a Ferrari 195 or 212 Inter.
The other brands that could have a car like that are Maserati and Lancia, but the A6G 2000 has some clearly "Maserati" features that set them apart from Ferrari.
Here the Maserati, for comparison:
Concerning Lancia, their narrow, vertical grills are usually very different from the ovals from Ferrari or Maserati, but there are exceptions, like this one (Aurelia Coupe by Vignale):
So I'll guess Ferrari, probably a 212 Inter.
EDIT - Never saw one with opposing windshield wipers. That's very odd (and notice the Lancia has them).
I did some phonecalls yesterday evening. Got some more information on the car, but it was a mixed bag and the result (according my further internet research) was a big surprise! (A "Facel" logo on the car was the key for further investigation):
