The Talk Morgan photo competition begins today, November 23rd, and photos can be submitted any time up until 11:59pm on December 12th 2009.

Each member may submit up to 3 photos for each category (a total of 6 pictures). Members are asked to submit one picture per post and name each photo (preferably in the title of the post) , so that when it comes time to judge the photos other users are clear on which photo they are casting a vote for.

The competition will be separated into two categories: Mixed Topic Photos (any topic you wish other than the vehicle genre) and This Petrol Emotion (any photo relating to any aspect of the automotive genre).

Photos must have been taken by the member submitting them.

All submitted photos will then be voted on by any Talk Morgan member who wishes to cast a vote. The polls will be open from December 14th and close on December 19th at 11:59pm.

Each member will only be allowed to vote on one photo from each category (2 votes in total).

What is the prize you ask?

Not enough you say?!?

2) The custom title (beneath your name) proclaiming you to be Talk Morgan Photo Competition Winner for 2010.

Still not good enough?

3) The use of your photo (should you choose) as the gallery avatar on Talk Morgan for 2009.

Let the games commence for the second year running; will Ivo and Dave Mack be able to defend their crowns or will someone else take the title for 2010!

Um.... I've tried to post a photo on both sub forums, and it says I don't have permission to add a new topic.
This forum is working OK but I thought I'd better hang on.........

Sorry Dave, I was setting the forums up for the photos, hence it saying the competition starts on "today" November 23rd. My intention was to set them live on Monday and the only reason they are visible is because I was testing them.

I'll open the photo forums up as soon as I've finished the admin on them. Chances are this will be tomorrow, so it will be a day early

There has been an excellent turn-out for the photo competition; however, there is still time for those who would like to submit an entry (the competition closes at 11:59pm on December 12th 2009).

That is spooky, I was only thinking about that on Sunday evening.

I intentionally let it run over this year as I wanted to start it when the weather got better and people had the chance to update their photos; however, you're right, it is most definitely time for the next competition!
