you can ALWAYS ask your local newspaper-shop to order it,
you just need some order-numbers (like for books ISBN-number)
but they also have a webshop

Yes, rather brief. I suspect it was chosen in the 'specials' feature thanks to Chris Harris, who did the glowing review for Drivers' Republic.
