I'm still discovering new delights with my recently acquired Aero 8. One discovery was how much I can can get into the boot:

This....

.......all goes in here!

Much better than I was expecting.

The other much more Morgan like trait happens when I open the boot: any water on the boot lid pours into the boot space. Is this a unique feature peculiar to my car or does anyone else have the same problem. boat

Yes - I have the identical problem. There is no lip on the boot lid that would channel the water away.
A neoprene sheet between boot lid & body might work - nice idea Dave.
Caution - if you overfill the boot with luggage, the lid can flex and let in water umbrella

Don't remind the trad boys and girls - they would give their (false?) teeth for a boot of any sort. Progress always comes with a small price! Lots of lovely squishy bags - why not buy some expensive leather bags from Italy?

Isn't there fitted luggage for the Morgan?

You're right. The luggage arrangement is a huge improvement on my old Plus 8 - it's good to be reminded of that.

A drive to Italy to buy some leather goods, now there's tempting thought...

Rob Hill www.hillsalive.co.uk makes a very neat set of fitted luggage for the Aero 8, indeed, for various Morgans.

I see in Miscellany you've joined the MSCC David.
Italy, could be a good idea just to find some sunshine!

Cheers,

I have also the same problem. First I dry the boot lid with a towel, otherwise there is a lake in the boot
