Folks,
Having seen the very nice lower grille on Chanteclair's car - see

www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/galleries/39440/Plus8_Chanteclair

I asked Simon to see if the factory still did the lower grille which they had in the Trad brochure some time back -- well he found that they do grin2 and my very helpful dealer, Newtown Motors, Cwmbran found out that you can order the parts from the factory and they sent me the part no's etc these are, for those interested:-

MSM3195 LOWER COWL £45.47
MBC0773 LOWER GRILLE £119.00
MBC0780 MESH £39.08

Cheers!

Robbie,

Good research, I liked that look, if you follow it up I would be grateful for advice on how easy it was to fit.

Hello Robbie,

ohh, that's good to know smile
But why is it three parts numbers? I understand that the mesh is an extra.
But why are cowl and grille separate parts? confused2

Basilisk,
I expect that the cowl part is either a fibreglass or aluminium piece which is the "Solid" part --The grille is then like the upper grille stainless steel part. The mesh is then like the mesh which goes behind the grille.

I have asked the guys in Newtown to order the bits so I'll find out soon!! juggle

Now i would like to fix these two parts.
Naturly for the moment and for testing, pieces are made with kraft box, but what do you think about that
