At 12:30 today I saw a Black AEROMAX/SS driving north on the B3349 towards Reading, reg no AR08?SS. (from the front it is impossible to tell an Aeromax from an SS, and it is difficult to tell from the rear view mirror.)

I'm not sure who it was - quite possibly Aeromax #1 as it is local to there and in that scheme - however, it definitely wasn't Aeroman.

I recall seeing #1 at SGT. A fine car in black.

I was in Richard Thornes on Friday afternoon and a Black Aero SuperSports was resting in the showroom.

My wallet was not feeling up to it so I just had to look and make certain I did not drool on the floor causing health and safety issues.

My Aero has been out of action for 6 weeks today and I am starting to have withdrawal symptoms. The best weeks of weather in ages and I am in the VW Turbosofa. bum.

Unfortunately Steven it was not! My AeroMax is silver and I'm in Africa just now, so my old beat-up LandCruiser is my mode of transport.

I'll be back shortly to pick up my Aero SS and that does have some black influences though.
