Just the one I believe: the U.S. Virgin Islands, a former Danish colony. However most cars are U.S. imports and therefore left-hand drive, which makes for an interesting set of accident statistics!

Interesting..!

It's odd to see traffic on the RHS off a road diverging to use the LHS across the overbridge, before once again moving to the RHS once past.

I see a potential conflict when traffic is nose to nose, despite the signage, but there are enough in existence now to allow for stats gathering, so it must work..
