Visitors to the Bicester Heritage 'Scramble!" events would have been lucky enough to have a nose inside a relative newcomer to the site, one who specialise in the restoration and upkeep of vintage Riley's.

Blue Diamond Riley Sevices seem to have hit the nail squarely on the head with the new venture and location, and it's a very evocative place to wander into. I like vintage cars of all types, but the Riley's do have a certain 'thing' for me.

I found this piece on the ethos behind the company, and thought you may like to have a read. It's on the DriveTribe thing.

You're right, Steve, a great story. Rileys are something special, aren't they?

Just think, in my teens I wanted Riley Imp and could have afforded one but got the Morgan series 1 instead. Have you seen the value of such Rileys now!

You should worry - I chose a Stag in preference to an E type. blush And a GT6 in preference to a Healey 3000 MK 3
