The only Morgan bit on that Hannes is the badge. Honda CX500 (or 650) engine. Looks like no brakes on the front too eek

I have seen that vehicle, or one very similar, before. Bit of a pastiche. I am surprised that a respectable site like Hemmings permitted the dealer to list it through them as a Morgan with a Morgan plate since MMC was not making three wheelers in the 1980s.
