Big wobble today and wasn't even in the Morgan. The house had the Malvern dance.....4.4 on the scale, very spooky.

I felt a tiny tremor in Gloucestershire, lasted about 5 seconds and made the china in the dresser rattle.

I was in an office in Sheffield the first time I experienced a quake. A large oak desk was vibrating and I thought I was having a funny do.

The second time was in the early hours and we woke up to what sounded like a plane coming down. All the neighbours came out. It was unbelievably noisy.

I wondered why my fridge/freezer was making a funny noise. I suspect if all 's pots etc. had still been on the top the noise might have been somewhat louder! Can't say as I felt anything through the floor though.

I thought this thread was going to be about rugby, so couldn't imagine how Wales could wobble worse than France.

I was putting a door frame in the porch so perhaps the hammer drill masked it!
Lynne was walking the dogs round the lake and she didn’t see/hear it either.
Perhaps I am immune to them. Same happened in Greece a few years back and they get quite a few.
We missed a biggish one in Athens as we left to get backto Xante. A few were killed in the city centre. We were on the ferry when it struck and saw the aftermath in the hotel bar on tv. We left about 2 hrs before it and recognised many buildings.

Did feel the ground move, roughly at minute intervals, then again I was in Penmachno forest marshalling on the Cambrian Rally
