With brillant timing someone on Mogtalk just put a link to your own OBDII reader at http://www.car-pal.net/. Buy one of these with software and you could read your own codes.

It is true the AA and RAC carry portable OBD-II readers as well.

Does Mike Duncan (Morgan agent based near Kidderminster) have one?? - 01299 250025

As a last resort try either Chas Windridge of Mogsport on 07776295172 (he does not have one but knows someone who has) or Mathew Wiseman on 01564 784753 who definetly does (and remind him he needs to read my error codes ref pinking). Chas is based near Nuneaton and Mathew near Solihull (so about 1 hour from yourself).

Hi Phil

Thanks for all the above, I am trying to avoid driving the car any distance just in case I do any damage, there is an outside chance of contact with someone from the factory tomorrow through a third party if not I will try your contacts

Thanks again

Well got to factory for 8am this morning and had a poke around while they checked out my problem and reset the computer, it was showing some kind of fuel pressure drop as the fault but no cause was found.

Good to have it back to full health again though.

Good stuff... definately worth the investigation, don't want it running lean.

So.... find anything interesting whilst you were poking about??
