The Rolls-Royce Heritage Centre will be open to the public between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Saturday, 6 October 2018.
Children under 18 years are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Expect to see the largest collection of aero engines in the country, ranging from First World War era piston engines, the famous Merlin, right up to modern day jet engines. The collection also includes examples across Rolls-Royce's product range including marine and industrial applications. There are examples of engines and motor cars from other distinguished names such as Bristol, Armstrong Siddeley and Napier, whose companies became part of the Rolls-Royce group in their latter years.
Weather permitting it is planned to run a number of The Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust exhibits including the Merlin and Wren.
All visitor car parking is at the Rolls-Royce A site car park, Victory Road, Derby. Postcode DE24 8EJ.
To visit the LAF site, please park in the above car park and use one of the free shuttle buses. Blue disabled badge holders, however will be able to park on the LAF site, please show your pass to Security on entering the Heritage Centre.
Free shuttle buses will run continuously between the two sites throughout the day.
Hot, cold food & drinks will be available to purchase on site.
