I'm curious if there is a smaller tonneau cover that would connect to the 3 studs on the back of the rear seat and cover the Hood Bow and the stowed weather gear. I figure those studs must be there for a reason, and this is the best one I can think of. The back seat area looks like this:

There are 3 lift-a-dot studs on the top of the seat back:

The area behind the back seat holds all my weather gear easily:

I'm wanting something sort of like this, but designed for the 65 Plus 4 Four Seater:

My 1980 model has press fasteners on the rear seat but yes, they are for a cover that protects that area.

I doubt that even if you find one for sale it would fit as the position of fastenings vary by car, but it shouldn't cost much to have one made.

This is mine:

I have such a cover for My '63 +4-4Str. Made by "Heart of England" years ago. However mine does not have the fasteners on the seat. It uses the available tonneau fasteners on the back and side as well as on the side/inside to cover the bows. As I use the tonneau folded in back of the front seats I rarely use this cover. Only for shows to dress it up.

Also I never put adults or children in the back seat. Too dangerous IMO. When touring I remove the seats and line the space with a carpet cut to fit. Great place for luggage, coats, weather equipment etc. All covered by the tonneau for protection.

They were not interested in tackling one for the other side of the pond. I finally found a local upholstery shop to make me what I wanted out of double layer canvas with cording. The cost was US$275 and it was done in under 24 hours. I'll eventually post a picture when the admins get the forum software fixed. Right now picture posting to the gallery does not work.

I think Allon White like to do the work with the car - everyone is slightly different so usually made to measure.

I've got one - I leave it on all the time - the tonneau cover fits over the top and uses the same external fixings.

I happened to come across this piece for sale on the Morgan Spares website today:

Morgan Spares part 600-395

It's a bit more expensive than the stayfast unit I had custom made, but this might come in helpful for some future owner without access to a local top shop.
