Hi,

My +8 is approaching its 21st birthday and the time has come to replace the (mohair) hood, tonneau & side-screen bag. Does anyone have any recent experience of doing this and, if so, do you have any recommendations as regards the best fitters / dealers, preferably in Southern England somewhere?

Thanks.

Contact Allon Whites. They do a very good job at a reasonable price.

You could try LA&RW PIPER Ltd, this company is located near to the Haynes Motor Museum at Sparkford. Tel is 01963 441431. A few years back they replaced my tonneau, a first class job. On the day I picked my car up a DB5 and a AC Ace was having jobs done on them.

+1 from me, Shaun their trimmer really knows his stuff & is receptive to tweaking designs like adding extra zips, don't forget to re-cover the actual side screens or they won't match all your other new stuff

I had a new roof made for the car at the factory in the late '90's, have they stopped doing this for existing customers?
