Your avatar doesn't have to be hosted on TM-IMG, do I take it you already have it online? If so, then entering the URL should be all you need to do. Let us know the string you entered.

Simon's probably a bit busy to provide such services. Just resize your pic to 100px square, bung it on a hosting site like the TM Image server and link to it from your profile.
