My '72 has wooden seat runners, and the rudimentary clamp that goes over. I want to alter them slightly (have them lowered and angle slightly).

I'd prefer to leave the standard ones intact - is there anywhere I can buy new ones, or will I need to get some made up?

Cheers

Phil

Phil, I doubt you can buy some off the shelf, but you could try Melvyn Rutter

They are quite easy to machine up from a strip of hardwood, or you could ask a local joiners shop (but you'd have to do a dimensioned sketch)
