A 1 hour or so drive up the boring A96 to Highland classic car rally in Nairn.
Varied selection of cars including 3 Mogs, fish and chips on the beach (very British)
Only thing not British was 23° and beautiful blue skies all day. Fantastic day out.

You’re right about the A96, I’d always rather make some detours to avoid using it. It would be a great road actually, it’s the other people using it I don’t like! drive

Nairn is nice enough when you stop and look around, it’s a pain in the neck when you want to drive through.

They were lucky with the weather so late in the year, looks like it’s going to be another lovely day today, best get out and enjoy it.
