Mid week likely to be quieter? Unless there's a school trip visiting! Overnight works for me. Happy enough with a Premier Inn or equivalent (or a good pub B&B ). Chance for a couple of ales and a good evening chat?

Would also prefer mid week, but happy to go with the flow. Overnight also OK.

Thanks for your help on day of the visit and confirmation of overnight stay Graham and David, with you on the accommodation side and of course a pint of ale and good catch up on the Wednesday evening, how does Wednesday the 13th suit for Haynes and the overnight with Yeovilton on Thursday the 14th. If that seems good for the majority I'll start a list and look for some suitable hostelry once we have an idea of numbers, have put you both down already. I just picked a date so if it suits to change it we can, I thought it best to avoid December due to weather and it's generally a busy time.
All welcome just add your name to the list if you fancy the visit to either or both venues just a tag to indicate would be helpful in sorting accomodation

Rich, I would like to join you work permitting. You will appreciate it is a bit of a slog from Felxistowe (220 miles , 4hrs via M25 & M3) so I will probably stay over the Tues & Wed. John

John, that will be good if you can make it I'll give you the accommodation details when I've sorted it if you like once you know.

Just seen this as I am away driving Route 1 on the West Coast between LA and San Francisco - tremendous views over the Pacific. I could be up for getting the Aeromax out for Haynes but not sure about overnighting depends on dates. Like to be kept abreast of plan a sit develops. Malcolm Malcolm, I hope the dates suit you it would be great to meet up and see your Aeromax. Have a lovely trip out there, plenty of stories and pictures to come.

LogMog is working with Haynes to organise this event. I'm part of the team. We have had an offer from Henry Williams to loan his racing Morgan for the event.
I'll keep everyone in the loop.
