Should we put a prize up to lure them all out?
First proof of life with a new owner, picture of the daily rag on the bonnet, big smile on face and a number 11 up the drive wins a can of spam, is that how it works?

As it took almost 5 months for the DVLA to re register my car in the UK( IT was previously registered there) I have little doubt that the delays are likely to have been in that court!!!!

My guess is delays due to DVLA. Mind you I have never had problems with them re tax/new car/change of ownership etc. Even getting a photo licence update was swift once I got the Post Office photo booth sorted. When taking photos myself they were all being rejected by the online system for various technical/lighting reasons.

Having been on a Morgan trip to Wales recently the owners are a mixture of bearded and non bearded , no sandals in sight and they are a hardy lot ! Also there are some under 60 as well !
