Great DIY thread - I've stuck it to the top of the Maintenance forum - thank you for taking the time to write the process down. smile

If you use a lambswool mit, you may find this tip useful.

When the new kitchen was fitted, I took the extending towel rail and screwed it under the bench. No clear idea what it would be used for but I'm loathe to throw anything away.

Then I realised that it makes an ideal place to dry out the lambswool mit...........

I would be punished for unauthorised use of anything in the kitchen, apart from the toaster, and even that has rules. grin2

I think that a woman's respect for the garage boundaries is crucial for a healthy relationship. My mrs used my wash buckets to feed the horses a few weeks ago. It will be years before I trust her with the combination for the new padlock nono

Another sado masochistic, whips/cuffs/padlock joke from Brian ... I am seeing a pattern here; many a true word spoken in jest ... thinking innocent

Cheers
