Took the plant tour not to long ago and was impressed with the CX but disappointed with no manual transmission now that Morgan says they will add one to one of the models I have renewed interest. Now all I need is to be able to buy in the US does anybody know if that’s in the plans? It would certainly help with increasing the sales.

SAE I haven't read anything about this happening - I guess Bill Fink and Tcherek and/or Denis Glavis should be able to give you a steer on this being your dealers out there. Lets hope they can bring them to you it's a big Morgan hungry market out there and the Plus Six is all automatic thus far.

I think Morgan will test the European Market first. If they need the U.S. Market to meet their sales goals they probably will look for ways to enter the U.S. Market, but if they don't they won't.

If the Obama "300 vehicle continuation" exemption ever becomes live then it might be a route in, but otherwise I doubt it. The cost of getting the S2 Aero into the USA, with 11 cars destroyed in crash tests, was never recovered from the sales. I was told it effectively doubled the cost of ever Aero made.
The other approach would be a factory in the USA, making CX cars.... the new owners have the funds to finance that if the business plan made sense.

The 8 year waiting list is long gone! (But getting through all the red tape for USA is another matter!).
