Thanks Peter - but how did you do that? You have done the hard bit getting the image onto the talk Morgan image site. Once there, look to the left of the page, below the image. Highlight " Embed Codes", as shown here: ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/12/20/Screenshot-2019-12-20-at-11.32.44.png) Scroll down until you see the BBCopde, and then copy that code and past into your message. I just couldn't live with the upper edge door fit, the hood makes it look like the hinges have worn so much the door droops Yes it doesn't look quite right, however could you move the side screen up sightly at the back and re-tighten the holding knobs?

Nope, as there's a recess in the strap bracket that locates the knurled sidescreen knob, it would also push the top front corner too close to the 'screen A post if you look at my photos here http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthread...e-picture-with-the-hardtop-on#Post608108the fit is poor, looks like the door is ajar (it's not)

I guess they'll need to make a different shaped side screen, or a different roof (they are a manufacturer, after all)
The fitting of the lids for the Aero S5 were developed *after* the car, and *after* the lids had been made. (You couldn't make it up!)
They *do* fit - but it took some serious fettling by Williams to close the finger and air gaps. Which then revealed drafts in the door seals. Once the doors were adjusted, and everything was air tight, if it was raining there wasn't enough air flow from the fan to prevent misting on a cold day, wet or dry... Williams put 4 holes in the trailing edge of the lid, above the rear screen. That created enough flow to keep the glass clear.
I think that process is normally called *development*!
I now just have one final rattle to sort out (driver's side, B pillar fixing). And if that can be done without creating another issue, domino style, I'll have a wind and *nearly* watertight car, with the hardtop on. I say *nearly* watertight because in exceptional, biblical conditions, more akin to boating than driving, I will get 1 or 2 drips from the centre of the header rail. And moist sill carpets.
You'd hope that Morgan would've learned from the Aero for the Plus 6...
