Had an idle moment today and a thought came into my head...so just for fun...
I love my P4SS but I was very impressed with the CX chassis in my drives/rides in the new +6..
I reckon I would need £50,000 and my car to get into a new +6...
£50000 would buy a lot of car so just for fun I contacted 2 Toyota dealers with best price on the new Supra,which as you know has the same power train as the +6.
Both responded quickly and came back with just about the same numbers !!!!
For cash I could buy a new Supra for £52000 from stock..
So could keep P4SS and have a Supra !!!!
Just shows you how the man maths formula works !!!!
Note: Would be more interested in CX 4 cylinder manual ..

And yes, get the Supra! But on a PCP for 2 years. You will be bored with it after 6 months!
Personally, I don't feel I would ever like a CX chassis Morgan.... not even a 4 cylinder manual. It's just 'too modern'. I sold my Lotus Evora to get into Morgan ownership... including getting back that 'retro' handling. That is so much of the charm of the Trad for me. I just think the CX is going to be another modern chassis, with a lovely exterior. I call that 'shallow'!

You just would NOT do the Supra....open any part of the car i.e. the interior and under the bonnet and "discover" BMW.
Toyota have been really lazy and not even tried to disguise the BMW badges and components. I genuinely think this is Toyota waving a white flag..very poor!
Might as well have the Z4...the BMW is also quicker and looks better IMHO.
Honesty means doing it right, even when no one is looking!

I've seen one on the road and they look good.
But being of Yorkshire disposition I'd wait three years and get one half price..............
I won't be doing that by the way. Well not on today's thinking.
