I know that some of you chaps also have 3D printers, and I expect you are way ahead of me on this one, but I've just got into using Fusion 360 for modelling.

For years I've been using TurboCAD, simply because it was the first CAD software I learned to use years ago and I've stuck with it through familiarity.

But having found out that Autodesk will give a full licence to hobbyists and non-commercial users, I made the switch, and frankly I'm kicking myself for not changing earlier, this piece of software is just amazing, great workflow, so easy to use and so powerful. Very cool.

Obvious disclaimer, I have no commercial connection to Autodesk

I owned a seat in AutoCad for years 20 years ago and the 3D modeling was good then and has gotten a lot better.
