This is not an official LEGO kit (knock-off from China)

The pic on the instructions cover obviously came with a 'Bright Pack' option, where this kit is dull grey for engine/exhausts.

Here is a 3-Wheeler that uses real LEGO, and you can order it in any color, but it gets pricey for a 'non LEGO developed' kit like this one.
