I always have fancied one of those with the Guzzi engine.

I remember an early road test in MCM (Motorcycle Mechanics) back in the 70s (I might still have the magazine) and my thought at the time was - "what a waste of a Guzzi engine" (I was seriously into PTWs at the time) smile smile

What on earth is a PTW?

Always fancied a Triking.

Guzzi engine, shaft drive and designed by one man - Tony Divey, an engineer who clearly knew what he was doing. He also put in thousands of development miles before signing it off which is probably why it doesn't suffer, chassis, suspension, transmission or any other problems.

If only someone else could produce a simple, reliable three-wheeler, I'm sure they'd sell like hot cakes wink

The Triking company is still going but Tony sadly passed away a few years ago.

Someone else has. There have been a few mentions on this site of the Pembleton V Sport. Moto Guzzi engine, FWD (no troublesome bevel box), beautifully finished, almost half the weight of the M3W and much cheaper. If I did not have my M3W I would be tempted.
