Morning all,

I think there is a breakfast club meeting at BHM tomorrow morning. Anyone from here planning to go and if you have been before, is it worth it and what time do people tend to arrive?

Hope to see some of you there!

Usually a good turnout of cars attending - mainly trads but sometimes the odd Aero. Its a good social occasion to meet other owners over a coffee and a bacon roll (order your roll on arrival!) You can have a good look around the workshops and showroom and of course buy anything from an accessory to a car.

I think people generally arrive from about 10.30 onwards. The parking tends to filled up - so best not to be planning on leaving early! The gathering breaks up around mid-day or shortly after - usually with cars being dispatched in small groups with instructions provided for a scenic drive through Kent countryside usually involving a finish at a suitable hostelry.
Its low key and relaxed - a good way to meet and talk to owners and swap experience/knowledge.

There was a large turn-out at yesterdays BHM breakfast club meeting. Nice to meet you there Culminator (I won't mention your real name in case you want to remain anonymous!). Shame yours was the only Aero there - but what a nice car. thumbs Where were the rest of you Aero owners?? somestick

Thanks Alan, good to meet you and some of the others on this forum. Yes a very strong Trad turnout and I thought the team at BHM did a great job of looking after everyone. Nice colour combo on your Plus 4 Alan.

Did anyone find out how much was being asked for the scruffy early Plus 8, the one with the mustard two tone paint job? Not in the market but just being curious.

Lucky indeed. No trying to squish onto overcrowded trains morning and evening banghead ; no struggling against the elements in attempting to get to work in bad weather snow; no lame excuses from South Eastern Trains for late running in winter - and even lamer excuses for the summer redcard - and no office politics to contend with stirpot .

Do I miss it? NAH!
