Probably not explaining it very well viper. First picture shows the plate pre adjustment where you can just see the room we had to adjust it down the way. I removed the plate and the door shut with no issues so we knew moving it down wouldn't cause any clearance issues.

The second picture shows the hole under the bottom bolt(same at the top) where we shaved some material off the top of the aperture allowing the plate to be lowered by a few hmmm but this just wasn't enough to clear the windscreen upright with the quarter window frame.

We did this as every time I shut the drivers door the lock plate was pushing the door up the way causing some of the fouling issue.
